We’re looking for a high-energy Marketing Specialist who is excited to be part of a growing company and eager to make an impact. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays on top of the latest marketing and social media trends, and—more importantly—understands when and how to use them effectively. You love connecting with audiences through digital platforms, aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

experience & requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of videography and video content creation is a plus.

responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.

  • Collaborate with internal team members and clients to create, manage, and optimize content for digital, print, and social media platforms.

  • Support social media strategy and execution, including planning, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Monitor social media activity, including comments, messages, and engagement trends, and respond or escalate as appropriate.

  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics across digital channels, including social media and email marketing, and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
