Blue Rose Agency is growing, and we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team.

​

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with the opportunity for expanded hours as our agency continues to grow.

​

This position focuses on transforming client-provided photos, videos, and marketing materials into engaging social media content. You'll work closely with our team to create graphics, edit short-form videos, and develop visual content that helps our clients connect with their audiences.

​

This role can be performed remotely, though candidates located in the Grand Island, Nebraska area are encouraged to apply.

experience & requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva

  • Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software

  • Strong understanding of social media content and current trends

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a creative agency environment

  • Experience designing for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms

  • Knowledge of branding and digital marketing best practices
